Looking for a private/real estaterental starting in JUNE 2012. Have been renting through realestates for 3 years, Excellent feedback from real estates. Professional working couple no children. Have PETS - Two outside small dogs. Have references from vet & neighbours collaborating how well behavoured they are. Own lawn mower & wipersnipper so lawn will be kept tidy. Will also consider rent to buy for the right house and right price. We can afford upto $550 per week be would idealy prefer a house $400 - We are quite, keep to ourselves & tidy. Will also consider being responsible for our own upkeep of house repaires ect - in return for no rent increases. Both work in tannum but will travel for work.
